Organisations are making the radical shift from Project To Product. For organisations to continue to survive and thrive in the age of digital disruption, they need to create product capabilities and equip their employees with a product mindset.
The Product Management Program is designed to prepare students to kickstart and grow their Product Management career through rich skills and competence development.
This course introduces participants into the world of product management and equips the attendees with the required skills, tools, knowledge, and practical, hands-on experience needed to stabilize their knowledge and experience, grow or transition into this field.
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Confidently articulate the role of Product Manager and core responsibilities within a tech or non-tech company
- Understand frameworks and tools that make up the foundational skills for product management
- Apply these skills to various situations within a business environment to build a product

- Assess a problem area or business for product opportunities
- Best ways to learn about users, and translate their needs into functional requirements
- Collaboratively prioritize with a team, get user feedback, launch and learn in the iterative process of developing digital products
- Align on what product success looks like, and measure progress against that goal

The course will focus on lectures, discussions, case-studies and hands-on exercises that replicate the typical product process at a startup, tech or non-tech company.
At the end, participants will make a final presentation of the work they have done and receive feedback from the faculty.

Christine has over a decade of experience as a product leader across many bleeding edge industries, including gaming, social, adtech, and ecommerce. She is most recently Director of Product at PepsiCo, spearheading the mandate to enact digital transformation for a historically non-tech industry (Food & Beverages), and leading the DTC (direct-to-consumer) and B2B (business-to-business) product team from the ground up.
