The course explores the role of the Scrum Master in the context of the entire enterprise and helps the participants prepare to successfully plan and execute the Program Increment (PI), the primary enabler of alignment throughout all levels of a SAFe organization.

Participants will also learn several key components of Agile at scale development, be able to facilitate Scrum throughout the enterprise and execute Iteration Planning.

By attending this course, participants will develop better understanding and learn how to build high performing Agile teams by becoming a servant leader and coach

A session of typical interview questions and approach to responding could also be uploaded. This way a larger audience can be reached.
